What is Baclosign 10mg (BACLOFEN)?
GABA-B agonist muscle relaxant for spasticity from multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and cerebral palsy. Off-label use for alcohol use disorder.
How it Works
Activates GABA-B receptors presynaptically → hyperpolarization → reduced excitatory neurotransmitter (glutamate, substance P) release → muscle relaxation and antispastic effect.
