What is Ursolid 300mg (URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID)?
Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), cholestasis of pregnancy, gallstone dissolution (radiolucent stones), and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
How it Works
Replaces toxic hydrophobic bile acids, protects hepatocytes from bile acid injury, has anti-apoptotic and immune-modulating effects, and reduces cholesterol absorption.

Common Side Effects
Diarrhea (dose-dependent), nausea, abdominal discomfort. Generally very well tolerated long-term.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Only effective for radiolucent (cholesterol) gallstones — not radiopaque. Monitor liver function regularly. Antacids containing aluminum/magnesium reduce absorption. Avoid in complete biliary obstruction.
