Antifibrinolytic for heavy menstrual bleeding, surgical hemorrhage prevention, trauma-related bleeding, and skin lightening (topical). Reduces bleeding by preventing clot breakdown.
How it Works
Binds lysine sites on plasminogen and plasmin — competitively inhibits fibrinolysis, preventing dissolution of blood clots and reducing bleeding duration and volume.

Common Side Effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache. Thromboembolism risk at high doses or with thrombotic risk factors.
