What is Tacrovin Lotion (TACROLIMUS)?
Topical calcineurin inhibitor for atopic dermatitis (eczema) and other inflammatory skin conditions. Non-steroidal alternative — no skin thinning risk.
How it Works
Inhibits calcineurin → blocks T-cell activation and inflammatory cytokine production (IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IFN-γ) → reduces skin inflammation without steroid side effects.
