Common Side Effects
Bleeding (primary risk — GI bleeding, intracranial hemorrhage), anemia, nausea, elevated liver enzymes.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Spinal epidural hematoma risk with neuraxial anesthesia. Strong CYP3A4/P-gp inhibitors greatly increase exposure. Reduce dose/avoid in renal impairment. No antidote until andexanet alfa (expensive).
