What is Nintib 100mg (NINTEDANIB)?
Tyrosine kinase inhibitor antifibrotic for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), interstitial lung diseases associated with systemic sclerosis or RA, and second-line NSCLC.
How it Works
Inhibits VEGFR, FGFR, and PDGFRalpha — blocks pro-fibrotic and angiogenic signaling pathways. Reduces fibroblast proliferation, differentiation, and migration in the lung.
