What is Naxdom 500mg (NAPROXEN)?
Non-selective NSAID for pain (headache, dental, musculoskeletal), inflammation, dysmenorrhea, and fever. Long half-life enables twice-daily dosing. Available OTC and Rx.
How it Works
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2, reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Also inhibits platelet thromboxane A2 (platelet aggregation).

GI effects (dyspepsia, nausea, peptic ulcer with prolonged use), cardiovascular risk, renal impairment, hypertension, edema.
