Side Effects
GI upset and diarrhoea at high doses (>2g/day). Kidney stones (oxalate) with very high chronic doses in susceptible individuals.
Notes & Warnings
⚠️ High doses increase oxalate kidney stone risk. Excess is excreted — megadosing beyond 500mg/day provides minimal additional benefit.
