What is Lethyrox 150mcg (1X120) (LEVOTHYROXINE)?
Synthetic T4 for hypothyroidism (primary, secondary, subclinical) and thyroid cancer suppression. Used in T3/T4 combination therapy for patients with persistent symptoms despite normal TSH.
How it Works

Common Side Effects
At appropriate dose: minimal. Overdose: palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, heat intolerance, tremor, weight loss, diarrhea. Long-term excess causes bone loss.

⚠️ Take 30–60 min before food on empty stomach. Calcium, iron, antacids reduce absorption — space by 4 hours. Narrow therapeutic index — dose adjustments require TSH monitoring. Many drug interactions.
