Multi-kinase inhibitor for differentiated thyroid cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), endometrial carcinoma (with pembrolizumab), and renal cell carcinoma.
How it Works
Inhibits VEGFR1-3, FGFR1-4, PDGFRalpha, KIT, and RET kinases — broadly blocks tumor angiogenesis and proliferative signaling.

Common Side Effects
Hypertension (very common), fatigue, diarrhea, decreased appetite, nausea, hand-foot syndrome, proteinuria, hepatotoxicity.
