How it Works
Binds CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase, promoting degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos — depletes myeloma survival signals and enhances T and NK cell immune responses.

Common Side Effects
Myelosuppression (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia), DVT/PE (mandatory prophylaxis), fatigue, diarrhea, rash, peripheral neuropathy.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ TERATOGENIC — mandatory REMS program with regular pregnancy testing. DVT/PE prophylaxis mandatory. CBC weekly for first 8 weeks. Dose reduction in renal impairment.
