Common Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhea, insomnia (take in morning), muscle cramps, fatigue, loss of appetite, headache.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Cholinergic effects — bradycardia (caution in sick sinus syndrome/heart block). Increases gastric acid secretion — caution with NSAIDs. Anesthesia interaction (potentiates succinylcholine).
