What is Clindac A Solution (CLINDAMYCIN)?
Topical antibiotic for acne vulgaris. Reduces P. acnes bacteria on skin. Often combined with benzoyl peroxide or tretinoin to prevent antibiotic resistance.
How it Works
Binds 50S ribosomal subunit → inhibits bacterial protein synthesis → reduces C. acnes colonization and inflammatory acne lesions.
