Non-selective beta-blocker for hypertension, angina, arrhythmias, essential tremor, migraine prophylaxis, and anxiety. LA (long-acting) formulation.
How it Works
Non-selective beta-1 and beta-2 blockade → reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and sympathetic outflow. Crosses blood-brain barrier — central effects for tremor/anxiety.
