JAK1/JAK3 inhibitor for atopic dermatitis and allergic pruritus in dogs and cats. Used off-label in humans for certain inflammatory skin conditions.
How it Works
Inhibits JAK1 and JAK3 — blocks IL-31 (primary itch mediator) and other pro-inflammatory cytokine signaling responsible for allergic inflammation.
