What is Axcer 90mg (TICAGRELOR)?
P2Y12 antiplatelet agent for acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and post-MI prevention. Faster, more potent, more consistent platelet inhibition than clopidogrel — reduces mortality after heart attack.
How it Works

Common Side Effects
Dyspnea (unique to ticagrelor — usually mild, not cardiac), bleeding, bradyarrhythmia (transient), elevated uric acid.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Dyspnea: evaluate for cardiac/pulmonary causes but may be drug effect (usually resolves). Avoid strong CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers. High bleeding risk especially GI. Do NOT use high-dose aspirin with ticagrelor.
