What is Nervigesic 450mg (PREGABALIN)?
Anticonvulsant for neuropathic pain (diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia), fibromyalgia, generalized anxiety disorder, and partial seizures.
How it Works
Binds α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels → reduces calcium influx at nerve terminals → decreased release of excitatory neurotransmitters (glutamate, substance P, norepinephrine).
