What is Tamoxican 20mg (TAMOXIFEN)?
SERM for estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer — adjuvant, neoadjuvant, metastatic, and prevention in high-risk women. In men: PCT after anabolic steroid cycles, gynecomastia, secondary hypogonadism.
How it Works
Competitive ER antagonist in breast tissue; ER agonist in bone and liver. In men: blocks estrogen feedback, raising LH/FSH and testosterone endogenously.

Common Side Effects
Hot flushes, vaginal dryness/discharge, mood changes, thromboembolism risk, endometrial cancer risk with prolonged use, cataracts.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Avoid strong CYP2D6 inhibitors (paroxetine, fluoxetine — reduce active endoxifen). VTE risk. Endometrial monitoring in postmenopausal women. Pregnancy absolutely contraindicated.
