What is Melorise 7.5mg (MELOXICAM)?
Preferential COX-2 inhibitor NSAID for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute pain. Better GI tolerability than non-selective NSAIDs.

Preferential COX-2 inhibitor — reduces prostaglandin synthesis and inflammation. Some COX-1 inhibition at higher doses.
