How it Works
Binds tubulin dimers inhibiting microtubule polymerization — prevents neutrophil chemotaxis to inflamed joints. Blocks NLRP3 inflammasome and IL-1beta release.

Common Side Effects
GI effects (diarrhea, nausea, vomiting — dose-limiting), myopathy and neuropathy with prolonged use. Bone marrow suppression (rare at low doses).
