Common Side Effects
Breast tenderness, nausea, breakthrough bleeding, headache, fluid retention, mood changes. VTE risk (higher with oral than transdermal forms).

⚠️ VTE risk higher with oral than transdermal forms. Endometrial cancer risk if not combined with progestogen in women with intact uterus. Breast cancer risk with long-term use. Contraindicated in breast/endometrial cancer.
