Common Side Effects
Headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness. QT interval prolongation at higher doses.
Safety Warnings
⚠️ Contraindicated with nitrates, riociguat, and class IA/III antiarrhythmics. Significant interactions with ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir — greatly increase vardenafil exposure.
