What is Alkacel 2mg (1X25) (CELECOXIB)?
Selective COX-2 inhibitor for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute pain, and familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) risk reduction.
How it Works
Selective COX-2 inhibitor — reduces prostaglandin synthesis and inflammation without inhibiting COX-1 (platelet thromboxane, gastroprotective prostaglandins). Better GI safety than non-selective NSAIDs.
